The Process of Change: A Neuro Scientific Point of View
In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Dr. Mark Williams, Professor of Cognitive Neuroscience.
It was an honour to chat with Mark to hear how his own incredible healing journey has led him to where he is today.
Mark has an extensive academic background in brain research spanning over 25years. He has worked at MIT in America and multiple universities in Australia teaching the fundamentals of neuroscience to a wide range of students including; Teachers, health professionals & company directors.
Having already written over 70 scientific studies Mark’s new book ‘The Connected Species: How understanding the evolution of our brain can change the world’ will be published in August this year and is available for pre-order now.
Mark also runs programmes on the neuroscience of learning, the neuroscience of emotions and how our brain creates our reality, which is what we focus on in today’s conversation.
I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves from within. It is my mission to show you how. It is my hope that these conversations go some way to help you on your own journey, so let's begin.
Love Shauna X
